Do I bring my pet’s food?
Yes, we encourage you to bring your own cat food. It is important for cats to have a familiar diet. Our refrigerator and freezer can handle all pet products.
Can I bring my pet’s toys?
Yes, most of your pet’s toys are allowed. No sharp objects, no pig ears, or personal items (human socks, shoes, etc.,) will be permitted.
Can I bring my pet’s bedding?
We have a size variety of many types of beds. Let us provide these comfortable items.
What do I need to bring?
You may bring anything your pet will enjoy having, as long as it is washed and clean. Breakables such as glass or ceramics will not be permitted.
I have 2 (or more) pets, can they stay together?
Of course! Animals of the same species can stay together. We have several different size rooms, some of which have the ability to fit four large pets. Plus, they will still have access to 44 fenced, exercise and bathroom areas. Call and ask about our multiple pet discount!
Are the pet hotels heated or air conditioned?
Absolutely! We have heat and air conditioning and HEPA air filters in all of our buildings. Air quality and circulation is a priority at Exmoor.
Will you administer meds?
Yes. All medication must be marked in bottles. No injectables. No insulin for cats or dogs.
What if there is an emergency?
Thanks to the fabulous veterinarian care in Austin, we do not encounter many emergencies. There is a full protocol for those situations. A call will be made within one minute of discovering the issue. Depending on the time of day, our shuttle van will transport your pet to your vet or one of the several emergency facilities nearby.

Bring rabies paperwork directly to our office. State law requires paper copies of rabies documents.
